Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed.

Exutoire Candle Co. accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We ship orders within 5 business days, excluding Holidays.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received and sent via UPS. UPS transit times vary per state but typically deliver within 1 - 3 business days. During the busy fall/holiday season, UPS may experience delays that are out of our control.
Note: If your shipping address is different from your billing address, your order may be subject to review. The customer will be contacted for further verification. Please be aware that this could delay shipping time.
